With funding and supervision from Al-Rahma Development Foundation, the Safoula Charitable Medical Center organized an awareness seminar this Thursday afternoon, October 23, 2025, titled: “It Starts at Home… How to Help Your Child Speak and Develop.” The seminar was delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Gamal Abdeen, a Special Education Specialist from Al-Azhar University, and held at the Safoula Educational Complex.
