Opening of the X-ray Department at the Al-Safwalah Medical Charitable Center (2)

On Thursday morning, November 21, 2024, the X-ray Department (Digital) was inaugurated at the Al-Safwalah Medical Charitable Center in Al-Qatn - Safwalah Al-Huwail.

During the opening, a detailed explanation was provided by Mr. Suleiman Saleh Bin Huwail, the center's director, regarding the modern equipment available at the center and its functions, most notably the Korean-made 500AM digital X-ray machine, which is capable of performing X-rays of bones, joints, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and spine, as well as contrast imaging for the kidneys, urinary tract, uterus, and gastrointestinal tract.

Dr. Al-Amoudi praised the efforts made by the center's management to elevate the level of health services, which will contribute to serving many patients who visit the center around the clock, reaffirming the support of the Ministry of Public Health and Population for the center and providing all necessary facilities.

Mr. Suleiman Saleh Bin Huwail emphasized the importance of this department and its role in diagnosing diseases and fractures, which will enhance the center's operations and contribute to serving many patients in the region and neighboring areas at all times. He extended his sincere thanks to all supporters and benefactors who contributed to funding this department and the ongoing services of the center, praying for their good fortune and that it be recorded in their good deeds.

The inauguration was attended by Dr. Hani Khaled Al-Amoudi, Director General of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in Hadramout Valley and Desert, Mr. Suleiman Saleh Bin Huwail, the center's director, Dr. Abdulqader Muhammad Bayzid, Consultant in Chest Diseases and Bronchoscopy, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Bin Hamid, Consultant in Surgery and Kidney and Urinary Tract Endoscopy, Dr. Muhammad Said Ba-Afdal, Consultant in Dermatology, Dr. Awad Faraj Bakhlia, Consultant in Orthopedic Surgery and Joints, and several attendees.
